HOW TO USE CREA XTREME POWDER:
Dissolve a single serving of the product -3 g (0.5 scoops) in 300 ml of water or juice. It is recommended to apply 2 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving 30 min. before training, 2nd serving immediately after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after getting up, and 2nd serving at bedtime. Do not use for more than 4 weeks.
