S.A.W. is a highly concentrated pre-workout formula specially designed for professionals. It contains a unique blend of beta-alanine, caffeine, nitric oxide activators, and creatines. This combination helps increase physical performance during successive bursts of short-term, high-intensity exercise. To achieve the beneficial effect, it is recommended to take a daily dose of 3 g of creatine.
To prepare, mix 5-15 g (1-3 scoops) of S.A.W. in 200 ml of water using a shaker, depending on the intensity of exercise, individual requirements, and sensitivity to the supplement. It is advised to take the supplement 30 minutes before a planned workout. However, it should be noted that S.A.W. has a potent stimulating effect and should not be consumed before bedtime.
